These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TokenWise website and newsletter (the "Service"), provided by TokenWise ("we", "us"). By subscribing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1. The Service
TokenWise delivers educational tips about reducing AI token usage. The free plan includes a weekly email and access to the Beginner tips. The Pro plan is a paid monthly subscription that unlocks the full tip library and a daily email.
2. Accounts & eligibility
You must provide a valid email address and be at least 16 years old. You're responsible for activity that occurs through your subscription. Access to manage your subscription is by secure email link rather than a password.
3. Subscriptions, billing & renewals
- Pro is billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor, Stripe, at the price shown at checkout ($9/month unless stated otherwise).
- Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
- You can cancel anytime from your account; you keep Pro until the end of the period you've already paid for, then return to the free plan.
- Prices may change; we'll give advance notice and changes apply to the next billing cycle.
4. Refunds
Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact watch776@gmail.com and we'll work with you in good faith.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to break security, access it through automated abuse, resell or redistribute paid content without permission, or use it unlawfully.
6. Intellectual property
The content, branding, and software of the Service are owned by us or our licensors. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read the tips for your own use. You may apply the advice freely; you may not republish the tip content as your own product.
7. Disclaimers
The tips are provided for general informational purposes "as is", without warranties of any kind. Token counts, model behaviour, and provider pricing change over time and vary by use case; we don't guarantee any specific savings or results. The Service is not affiliated with or endorsed by any AI provider mentioned.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TokenWise will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and unsubscribe at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or to protect the Service.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms; we'll revise the "last updated" date and, for material changes, notify subscribers by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law & contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TokenWise is established, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. Questions? Contact:
